Shipping policy

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA We need 1-7  working days for your orders to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

  The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days Or may be more depending on the nature of work.For custome orders we confirm the delivery time once checks are complete and payment is confirmed.

For shipments delivered outside U.P, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed and what fees or the amount may be charged. In case of refusal due to octoroi duty, either the cost of the goods or return charges will be beared by the customer.
